How to Place an order
1. Online ordering through our website at www.iseespot.com
2. Call Customer Service toll free at 877-586-8719 ext. 208. For outside the U.S. call 323-586-8717 ext. 208
(Monday through Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm Pacific Standard Time)

Order Processing
Upon receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation via email or fax unless the order was placed with our customer service department. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after receipt of order.

Terms/Method of Payment
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or prepayment by cashier’s check or money order (mail to: I See Spot Customer Service, 3844 S. Santa Fe Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90058)

Shipping Charges
All shipping originates from the Metropolitan Los Angeles, California area
A 9.75% Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipping within California
Free Ground Shipping on orders of $50 or more applies only to the 48 contiguous states.
For orders under $50 a $5 shipping fee will apply for ground shipping.

Orders outside the 48 contiguous states and for air shipping please call or e-mail us for a price quote. Our e-mail address is spotcs@iseespot.com and our toll free number in the U.S. is 877-586-8719 ext. 208. For outside the U.S. please call 323-586-8717 ext. 208.  International shipping charges will be charged separately from your order total.  If an order is placed before a price quote is given, a customer service representative will be contacting you normally within 1 business day with your international shipping cost.   

Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with an item. If there is a problem, we can exchange or issue a credit (less shipping and handling charges which are non-refundable) whichever you prefer. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order.  A return label has been provided in your original shipping box.  Please fill in the requested information and put the completed form inside the box (keeping a copy of the form if needed for your records).  Please adhere the label provided to the outside of the box.  Normal processing time to receive your refund or exchange is 7-10 business days.  If your item is damaged we will happily provide a replacement at no additional cost.  Please follow the same procedure above.  If you need to contact us for any reason regarding your return, please e-mail us at spotcs@iseespot.com or call customer service at 877-586-8719 ext. 208 or outside the U.S. 323-586-8717 ext. 208.
